This position is responsible for university procurement activities and proper liaison with state purchasing services; providing customer service to university faculty and staff in a courteous and helpful manner while maintaining accuracy and integrity to meet campus procurement needs; managing the university’s purchasing card program; overseeing operations related to university travel; and providing campus training on procurement policies and procedures.
